From ClassDBI

I added a Projects Using Class::DBI section. While Handel is a framework, it doesn't promote the use of CDBI directly. Instead it's hidden under the covers. I think that's the difference between frameworks and projects. I could be wrong. Claco 18:48, 1 November 2005 (GMT)

I'd just as soon include Handel under the frameworks section. It is a framework after all.
